We are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to work closely with and partner with Jor-Mac’s President. The Director of Sales & Marketing position will be a leadership role at Jor-Mac. We are only looking for a savvy, strategic, extraordinarily competitive and results-oriented leader. You need to be a high-performer to build a high-performing sales and marketing culture. You must be a extremely dynamic, growth-oriented individual and become the right-hand trailblazer to the President. You will the have autonomy to shape, build, define and grow the organization. The Director of Sales & Marketing will be a key member of Jor-Mac’s Management team reporting directly to the President and will be responsible our strategic sales leadership with an emphasis on driving growth in our core business. You will manage and lead our sales, marketing and customer service teams. This person will have complete control of our sales direction, customer engagement, staffing/leadership needs, business development and marketing activities.

What we are looking for:
• A high integrity, high powered individual with a proven track record of building success and growth. An hard working, dedicated team member who can grow and lead people for business success and who also has a entrepreneurial mindset.
• 10 + years Sales and Sales Leadership, with experience in the area of solution selling, new account acquisition, existing account growth. An understanding of “what it takes” mentality. A big emphasis in having experience in our industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; advance degree preferred.
